We collect information that you provide directly to us:
We use the information we collect to:
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as page views, device type, and general geographic region. This data does not personally identify you and is used solely to improve the service. We also track anonymized direction-click events (with hashed IP addresses) to understand which venues are most helpful.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information with:
We use your device's location to find nearby changing stations. Location data is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored unless you submit a venue report. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.
When you submit reports, reviews, or photos, this content becomes publicly visible to other users. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your submissions.
When you submit a venue through our suggestion form, we collect the venue details and restroom information you enter, an optional photo, and (only if you choose to provide them) your name and email. To keep the suggestion queue free of spam and to gauge how reliable a submission is, we also record your IP address, your browser user agent, and your approximate device location at the time of submission if you grant location permission. Granting location is optional and never required to submit.
Submissions are held in a private review queue and are not published automatically. A reviewer approves them before any venue or photo appears on the public map. Photos you submit are stored privately until a submission is approved. If a submission is rejected, its photo is deleted, though the submission record (without the photo) may be retained to help us understand and improve the contributor process.
If you provide an email, we may use it to let you know when your submission goes live and to share contributor updates. We do not sell this information.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our service is intended for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If you are a California resident, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) you have the right to request disclosure of the personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this policy.
