DiaperPal provides a platform to find and share information about baby changing stations and facilities. The service relies on user-generated content and third-party location data.

By submitting content (reports, reviews, photos) to DiaperPal, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of the service. You retain ownership of your content.

Always verify facility availability before visiting a location.
Listings, including any shown as "verified," are submitted by the community. "Verified" means a contributor confirmed a changing station was present. It does not mean DiaperPal has inspected the facility for safety, cleanliness, or current condition. We do not inspect, test, endorse, or guarantee any facility.
DiaperPal is an informational service. We do not own, operate, control, or maintain any of the facilities listed, and we are not responsible for their condition, cleanliness, safety, or availability. You use any facility you find through DiaperPal at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for deciding whether a facility is safe and suitable before using it, including for the care of a child. Conditions can change at any time without notice.
DiaperPal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. This includes damages from inaccurate venue information or unavailable facilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiaperPal and its operators are not liable for any injury, harm, loss, or damage to any person (including a child) or to property, arising from or related to your use of, or reliance on, any facility, listing, or information provided through the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DiaperPal and its operators from any claims, demands, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your submissions, or any facility you access through the service. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Our service uses Google Maps API and other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
